Where do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery within Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei only. For the countries that are not listed, kindly email us at hello@totsandall.com and our team will assist you with shipping options.  

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders placed  by 12pm are shipped next business day. We will send an email out the day it's shipped with the tracking details.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of RM 10 within Malaysia for delivery of our products excluding the #totsofa.​

Due to the bulkiness of the #totsofa, we charge a flat rate of RM 30 for delivery with POS MALAYSIA within Peninsular Malaysia. Please allow 5-7 days for the sofa to reach your doorstep. For certain addresses within Klang Valley, we use an independent delivery service and your #totsofa will arrive assembled and within 2 days. Shipping charges to East Malaysia is RM30 via Pos Malaysia. Please allow 10-12 business days for the sofa to reach to your doorstep. 

Our shipping rate for International orders are as follows

Express delivery - RM 50 excluding #totsofa

Standard shipping - RM 30

Due to the bulkiness of the #totsofa, we only ship using standard shipping for a flat rate of RM 70.

Please allow a maximum of 14 days for standard shipping to reach your doorstep 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Due to the personalisation, we will not be able to exchange products with spelling or font choice errors were made during the ordering process. Please check and confirm your order before checking out. ​

However, if we have made a mistake with the personalisation or a faulty product, we will replace the product. Kindly email hello@totsandall.com with a photo of the product together with your order number within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
